By accessing or using Personal Finance Dashboard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Account and Access

You must sign in using Google OAuth through Clerk to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree not to share your access or allow unauthorized use of the Service through your account.

4. Financial Data and Third-Party Connections

• The Service may connect to brokerage accounts (via SnapTrade, broker APIs, or similar providers) and accounting platforms (via QuickBooks Online or similar providers) to retrieve your financial data.
• These connections are read-only. The Service does not execute trades, move funds, or modify data in your external accounts.
• You authorize the Service to access the data you choose to connect. You may disconnect any integration at any time.

5. Not Financial Advice

The Service provides analytical tools and informational displays only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Portfolio optimization results, rebalancing suggestions, and valuation estimates are computed outputs based on mathematical models and should not be relied upon as recommendations. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

6. Accuracy of Data

While we strive to display accurate information, the Service relies on third-party data sources (market prices, brokerage feeds, accounting platforms) that may contain errors or delays. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or excessively load the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
